Project Overview

This 150-meter-tall, crescent-shaped tower rises 27 storeys plus a mezzanine level, positioned atop a five-storey podium that forms an artificial island surrounded by a water lagoon. The development combines a 5-star luxury hotel with high-end residential units, including serviced apartments. Key hotel and residential amenities include a grand lobby lounge, retail areas, restaurants, bars, ballrooms, meeting rooms, a business lounge, a spa, a helipad, and boat mooring facilities.

Our Role

• Responsible for the Design Development and Construction Documentation phases of the project
• Development of BIM model and architectural drawings
• Coordination with MEP and structural BIM models and drawings
• Collaboration with remote international offshore teams
